Obituary

Diane Cathrine Boone, 64, of Mountain Grove, MO, passed away Thursday, December 30, 2016, at Cox South Hospital. She was born June 29, 1952, in Chicago, IL, to Gale and Lavern Lehiy. She graduated from Bloom Trail High School.

She married the love of her life, Rex Boone on December 17, 1983. The couple moved to Mountain Grove in 1996 and lived there for the past 20 years.

Diane is survived by her husband, Rex Boone; her sons, Kenneth William Shipley and his wife Tammy, Rich Boone and wife Judy; daughters, Mindy Crisp and husband Jimmie, Sandy McClean and husband Joe, Nancy Henson and husband Bill, Judy Harris and husband Frank. Diane had 18 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Diane was preceded in death by her parents, Gale and LaVerne Lehiy; and brothers, Gale Lehiy Jr and Gary Lehiy.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services, Springfield, MO.
