Diana Dorothy Pantelides (June 24, 1965 – March 16, 2020) Passed away peacefully in her sleep of natural causes during a visit in Springfield, MO. Beloved sister, aunt, friend. Former resident of Atlantic Highlands, NJ, Jacksonville, FL, resident of St. Louis, MO.
She is preceded in death by her parents John and Diana Pantelides (nee Serghis), brother Archie Pantelides, and sister Stacy Pantelides Maneri.
She is survived by her beloved family: sisters Georgia Pantelides of Highlands, NJ, Rhea (Richard) Keller of Springfield, MO, Dorothea (Brendt) Travis of St. Louis, MO, Hope Goldman of Eureka, MO, Joanne (Keith) Klein of St. Louis, MO, brother Nicholas Pantelides of Keansburg, NJ, nieces Jessica Noonan of Highlands, NJ, Alexis Noonan of Orlando, FL, Stephanie Noonan of Highlands, NJ, nephews Roy Markert of St. Louis, MO, Gary (Christina) Markert of Alton, MO, Nicholas and Nathan Schuckmann of Florissant, MO, and many great nephews and nieces.
During her life, Diana made a great many friends. Recently she shared time with her devoted companion Mike Denham and longtime friend Gene Poole of St. Louis, MO.
Diana was a loving caring person that felt everything extremely deeply. She was always seeking ways to fulfill her life and create the happiness she desired. She was independent and smart. She spent time exploring her musical talents by surrounding herself with instruments. Her favorite band was the Beatles, her favorite food Chinese, and she was a master of pop and Hollywood culture.
Most of all Diana loved her family. Each time spent with any family member was a holiday. Even dinner was considered a special occasion. She cherished any moments we could be together and was happiest then. Our family is heartbroken over this loss. Our intentions are to have a celebration of her life in St. Louis tba along with a ceremony later in the year in New Jersey. Thank you to all our family for working together during this time, and we appreciate the support of our friends. May her memory be eternal.
