Delbert Francis McCracken, 84, passed away January 1, 2025. He was born in Humansville, Mo. on September 22, 1940.

Delbert was known for being friendly, fair, a gamesman (especially at cards), an outstanding track athlete (competing into his 50s) and possessing an analytic mind. Fishing and outdoors activities were his favorite hobbies. He enjoyed and was good with pets, who seemed to recognize his gentle nature.

Delbert is survived by his wife, Linda McCracken; son Shawn McCracken (wife Kendra) by whom he was proudly blessed with grandsons Caelan Del McCracken and Will Cody McCracken; son Shannon Del McCracken; brother Wayne Dale (Pete) McCracken and nephews Steve and Stanley McCracken.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services of Springfield, MO.
