Obituary
Dee Ann Perkins (Henry), 70, of Springfield, Missouri, passed away July 14, 2018 at Cox South. She was born May 2, 1948, in Springfield, Missouri, to William and Edith Henry.
Dee Ann lived most of her life in Nixa, Missouri. She loved to play the piano and sing gospel music. She adored spending time with her grandkids, nieces, and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Donald Lee Henry; and nephew, Jason Lee Clamors.
Dee Ann is survived by her daughter, Shayla Kubiak and husband Richard; daughter, Shanna Miller and husband Martin; grandchildren, William, Chandler, Hannah, Morgan and Devin; great-grandchildren, Ivory and Isaiah; sister, Debra Clamors and husband Ron; nephew; Justin Clamors and wife Angie; niece, Linsey Eshleman and husband James; nephew, Lance Henry; great-nieces and nephews, Preston, Addison, Jae, Jayson, and Brynn; and family and friends that will miss her dearly.
There will be a Celebration of Life service at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Ronald McDonald House of the Ozarks, 949 East Primrose Street, Springfield, Missouri 65807, or the Charity of the donor's choice in Dee Ann's name.
