Debra Kay Waters, born October 21, 1953, to Betty Jo and Keith Moore in Wichita, KS. Debbie passed away peacefully in Springfield, MO on September 10, 2023.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Betty Ingersoll; stepmother, Judy Moore; her husband of 21 years, Eldon Leroy Waters; and her son, Gregory Ivan Waters.

She leaves behind her father, Keith of Kimberling City, MO; three sisters, Vicki Handy of CA, Angela Bolin of Kimberling City, MO, Kemie Mcatee of Lampe, MO; two sons, Tyson Waters of Springfield, MO and Gerald Waters; daughters in law, Mary and Tammy; grandchildren, Paige, Cassandra and Jaxson Waters of Hulbert, OK.

She was a loving mother who sacrificed for her children. She was strong, caring and fearless to the very end. Proud of her family.

She will always be in our hearts. Missed, but never forgotten.
