David Wortham entered into eternal peace August 14, 2016, at home in Springfield, MO, He was a former resident of Jonesboro, AR.

David was born June 19, 1959, to Bobby and Barbara Wortham and Peggy Johnston.  David was married to Cindy Horn Wortham and a 1977 graduate of Nettleton High School. His field of work was HVAC.

He is survived by his children, Misty Biby, Salem, AR, Justin Wortham, PA and Kacy Wortham, PA; step children, Andrea Krattley and Kevin Horn; sister, Teresa Wortham Upton and husband Bobby, Springfield, MO, and seven grandchildren.

Visitation will be from Noon until time of service at 2:00 PM, Thursday, August 18, 2016, in the Brookland Assembly of God, 300 W. School, Brookland, AR. Rev. Benny Isom will officiate. Burial will follow in Pine Log Cemetery.
