David "Dave" Wayne Tillinger, 66, of Springfield, MO passed away Tuesday, November 11, 2025. He was born November 7, 1959, to Walter and Arleen Tillinger in San Jose, CA.

Dave worked for many years painting both commercial and residential buildings. He loved painting and took great pride in his job. In his free time, he enjoyed playing pool, bowling, playing his guitar and singing. In fact, his love of singing is what led him to start up Crazy Dave's Karaoke here in Springfield. Dave took great care of his loving wife, Crystal. He also loved spending time with his family.

He was preceded in death by his father, Walter; stepmom, Lisa; stepfather, Bill Perryman; brother, Daniel; and his grandparents.

Dave is survived by his wife of 28 years, Crystal Tillinger; his sisters, Reena Tillinger, Monica Detrick, and Teresa Wilson; his half-sister, Wallie Tillinger; many nieces and nephews; and his "grandson" Ivan Hood.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services of Springfield, MO.
