David Harold Norberg, 86, of Springfield, MO, passed away Wednesday, February 5, 2025. He was born September 10, 1938, to Earl and Mary Norberg in Lafayette, IL.

He was united in marriage to Sharon Maxine Cox on August 17, 1955, and four children were born of this union. David attended Palmer School of Chiropractic for three years. With a family to support and his growing success in door-to-door sales, he quit school and spent the rest of his working life in sales.

He was married to Patricia Medlock September 11, 2010. David was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Virgil and Roger Norberg; his sister, Ruth Mason; his two sons, Scott and Jeffrey Norberg. He is survived by his wife, Patricia; brother, Merle (Linda) Norberg of Coal Valley, IL; sister, Betty German of Eldorado, IL; son, Troy Norberg of Springfield; daughter, Lisa (Jeff) Baker of Fair Grove; stepsons, James Medlock and Louis Medlock of Springfield and two cats.

David was an avid fisherman, an expert gardener and enjoyed Ballroom Dance.

A family gathering will be held at a later date.
