David Lenard Booth, 47, of Bolivar, MO, passed away September 25, 2021. He was born December 18, 1973, in Gainesville, FL, to Leonard and Frances Booth.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, John Booth.

David is survived by his wife, Lisa Booth; sons, Michael O'Neal (Lorena), Brandon Booth (Christina), and Brandon Booth; granddaughter, Emma Booth; sisters, Jackie Fischer, Teresa Miller and Jessica Ewing; and sister-in-law, Mary Booth.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services, Springfield.
