Obituary
Darrell Dion "Scott" Austin was born in Astoria, Oregon, April 3,1979. He moved to San Diego, California at 3 months old. Then to Springfield, Missouri in 1984 where he resided until his death on December 24, 2017. Scott loved his friends and family without question and never held bad feelings in his heart. For many years he struggled with diabetes and it's challenges. His last battle resulted in his joining family that was waiting for him on the other side of life.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Glen and Thelma Sanders; his father, Darrell Robert Austin; and brother, Justin D Walters.
He is survived by mom and dad, James and Sandra Walters of Lewisville, Texas; brothers Connor and Cameron Walters of Lewisville, Texas; brother, Jeremy Walters of Springfield, Missouri; and brother, Jason Walters of Missouri. Also survived by sisters, Melissa Peppel of Johnson City, Tennessee and Monica Walters of Springfield, Missouri.
