Danny Gene Green, born on March 1, 1964, in Warrensburg, Missouri, and raised in Morrisville, Missouri, was the beloved son of William and Donna Green. Danny suddenly passed away August 16th, 2024.

He was preceded in death by his nephew, Dallas Green; his sister-in-law, Sherri Green; and his parents.

Danny was a man with an extraordinary imagination and boundless dreams. He had a deep love for the Kansas City Chiefs, the Royals, fishing, video games, bonfires, and spending time with his friends and family. Despite facing numerous medical challenges throughout his life, Danny remained resilient, always making the best of every situation. Although he never had children of his own, he cherished his nieces and nephews and loved them with all his heart.

He is survived by his wife, Joann Green; his brother, Marcus Green; and his sister, Rami McTavish. He also leaves behind his nephews, Corey McTavish (Whitney), Casey McTavish (Alicia); and their children, Ki, Oliver, and Melody; his nieces, Heather Kenney (Gavin), and their children, Hadley, Bayler, Haisley, and Baker, Nicole Melissinas (Andrew), and their children, Jaden, Ethan and Naomi.

Celebration of life will be held at the Aldrich United Methodist Church on Saturday August 31, 2024, 11:30 AM.
