Dale A. Rupnick Sr.(68) resident of Nixa, MO passed away Friday December 28th, 2018 from a short but aggressive fight with cancer.
He was born September 24, 1950 in Black River Falls, WI to John and Kathleen Rupnick. He was one of 7 kids. He married Bonnie (Brown) Rupnick on January 18th, 1975. They have 6 kids together, 16 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.
He is predeceased by his parents; two brothers, Jack and Ronnie; one sister, Judy; and several nieces and nephews.
He joined the Army in 1969 and became a high speed Morse code interceptor and served honorably for 15 years. He retired as an E5 Sergeant. After the military he was an electrician for various companies. He was also member of the American Legion and was proud to be a part of the Honor Guard. He liked to go fishing with his twin brother and his grandsons and spending time with family.
He was cremated by Midwest Cremation & Funeral Services. Military Honors will be held Friday, January 4th, 2019 at The Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Springfield, MO at 1:00pm.
Celebration of Life will be held after the ceremony at a location to be announced.
