Cynthia (Cyndi) Lynn Jones, a lifelong resident of Springfield, MO passed away February 2, 2023. She was born January 2, 1991, to Craig Evan Zehner and Jessica Jean (Jones) Uhrig.
Cyndi graduated Willard High School. She loved music of all genres. Cyndi loved to dance. She was a known jokester and was always up for any shenanigans. Cyndi enjoyed gardening, flowers (especially roses) and anything in nature.
She had a heart of gold, always willing to be there for anyone in need. When she loved, she loved hard; with all of herself. It has been said that she was "Beautiful to the point of being breathtaking and could light up a room". Cyndi was proud of her Native American heritage. Anyone that knew her knew she was Comanche.
Cynthia was preceded in death by her father, Craig Evan Zehner; her sister, Amanda Lloene LaCore Norell; her maternal grandfather, Hurshell Jones; and her aunt, Katie 'Comanche' Lynne Zehner.
She is survived by her mother, Jessica (Jones) Uhrig; stepfather, Ed Uhrig; maternal grandmother, Nola Jones; paternal grandmother, Nelda Anette Niedo; paternal grandfather, Larry Randall Zehner; her loyal companion, Midnight; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends that are going to miss her dearly.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services of Springfield, MO. A celebration of life will be held on February 11, 2023, from 2-4 PM at RC Events and Conference Center, 910 W Battlefield, Springfield MO 65807.
Cyndi's family requests that you wear something purple, as this was her favorite color and please come dressed casually.
