Cynthia Faye Barrett, 57, of Branson, MO, passed away October 19, 2014. She was born March 6, 1957 in Pomona, CA to Fred and Agnes (Barboza) McPhetridge. She was preceded in death by her father, Fred; and her niece, Michelle Lazzarini. Surviving her are her husband Dennis; her son, Brandon, Branson, MO; and her daughter, Amy of Spokane, MO. Also surviving is her mother, Agnes Nelson and husband Dayle Nelson; sister, Sandi Lazzarini, Glendora, CA; her brothers, Steve and his wife Lois, Republic, MO, Tom, Billings, MO and Jeff, Louisburg, MO; her nieces and nephews, Lindsey Smith, Travis McPhetridge, Tyler McPhetridge, Chance McPhetridge, Shelby Harness, Taryn McPhetridge and Little Tyler McPhetridge; a great-niece, Madison Smith; many cousins, extended family and friends. A celebration of her life will be Thursday, October 23, 2014, from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm in the Chapel at Elfindale, 1701 S. Fort, Springfield, MO. The funeral service will be Friday, October 24, 2014 at 1:00 pm also in the Chapel at Elfindale with burial immediately following at Evergreen Cemetery in Republic, MO.
