Colleen Sue Adams, 69, a lifelong resident of Springfield, MO passed away Tuesday, July 2, 2024. She was born June 16, 1955, to Bill Lair and Doris Clubb.

Colleen loved to cook and bake for her family and friends. Banana bread was one of her favorite treats to bake and share with others. She loved her children and grandchildren dearly and often had a hard time telling her grandkids no. Colleen was a natural caretaker and her compassion showed through her work as an in-home healthcare professional. She also had a passion for animals and would have adopted every dog in Springfield if she could. She often fostered dogs, paid their vet bills and found them forever homes.

Colleen was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers and two sisters.

She is survived by her children, Brad Adams, Jeff (Kristen) Adams, and Jason (Misty) Adams; her grandchildren, Quentin, Colton, Addisyn, Mason, and Willow; four sisters; and many nieces and nephews.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services of Springfield, MO.
