Cheryl Lynn Davidson, 69, of Springfield, Missouri, was called to Heaven on October 2, 2025. She was born on January 3, 1956, in Trenton, Missouri, to Dora and Dale Davidson.

She grew up in Trenton alongside her siblings, Carol and Lyndale; and adopted siblings, Frank and Rose Davidson. She attended school in her hometown and later went on to graduate from Ozarks Technical Community College, an accomplishment she was very proud of.

Although she endured many challenges throughout her life, she always found a way to make the best of every situation. She was a strong, resilient woman with a big heart. She found joy in caring for others and had a way of making those around her feel like they mattered. Cheryl loved spending time with her family, shopping, and going out to eat. Her presence brought warmth and laughter to every gathering.

Cheryl was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Garrett Dean Davidson; as well as her parents, Dora and Dale Davidson. In a beautiful reflection of love and timing, Cheryl was called to Heaven on the same day as her mother and is now reunited with both of her parents in eternal peace.

She leaves behind her only child, a daughter, Cheressa Lambert, and her cherished grandchildren, Lillian Thornton and Troy Thornton, who were the light of her life.

A Celebration of Life will be held for family and friends from 5:00 - 7:00 on Friday, October 17, 2025, at Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services, 2026 W Woodland St, Springfield, MO, 65807.
