Charles Douglas Tart, 52, of Springfield, MO, passed away on Friday, September 16, 2022. He was born November 1, 1969, to Charles and Barbara in Blytheville, AR.
He is survived by his mother, Barbara; sister, Terri Doyle; other family and many friends.
He will be greatly missed.
