Charles Pasco Millhouser, Jr., was born February 14, 1933, to parents Charles Pasco and Goldie (Bales) Millhouser Sr, of Ottumwa, Iowa.  Charles (Junior) spent much of his childhood on the farm in Iowa. As a boy he attended a one room school. He graduated from Ottumwa High School. Charles (Charlie) went on to attend Central Bible Institute in Springfield, Missouri, for two years.

'Charlie' married Joyce Ellen Owens, on August 31, 1960, in Conway, Missouri. Together they had 3 daughters, "Charlie's Angels", Velvet, Vickie, and Venita. Charlie and Joyce shared almost 59 years of marriage. Many know them as a godly, spiritually influential, couple that found joy and pleasure in serving the Lord.

For over 61 years, Rev. Millhouser shared the good news of the gospel in children & youth crusade meetings, evangelistic revivals, through street ministry, brush arbor meetings, healing services, and prison outreach. Together, they served as pastors in both Southern and Northern Missouri Districts.  Charles pioneered a church plant, Summit First Assembly of God, in Holts Summit, Missouri.

As a family, the Millhousers enjoyed attending camp meeting services at both Northern and Southern Missouri District campgrounds.  Family camp was a special event for them.  Many memories and friendships were developed during time spent with the family of God.  On occasion, Rev. Millhouser would lead camp congregations into worship during 'song service'. These song service times were filled with worship, bringing forth old-fashioned, genuine blessings from God that fell from Heaven.

Rev. Millhouser leaves family members to celebrate and carry forward the family legacy. Wife - Joyce Millhouser; brother - Jerry Millhouser (Brenda); daughters - Velvet Sommer (John), Vickie MillhouserDodge (Bryan Dodge), Venita Watts (Pat); grandchildren - Jason Butler (Krista), Johnathan Butler (Amanda), Krista Cravens (Kevin), Emilie Dodge Sparks (Zachariah), Bryson Millhouser-Dodge, Elizabeth Watts, Katrina Watts; great grandchildren - Allyson Butler, Ava Butler, Ruby Butler, Khloe Cravens, and (coming soon) Baby Sparks; nieces - Shawna Laffoon (Tim), Shannon Lyman (Tim); great nephews - Trenton Laffoon (Hannah), Justin Lyman (Tori), Jared Lyman; GG nephews - Grady and Finn Laffoon; GG  Niece - Kennedy Laffoon; and other relatives.

Charles was greeted in Heaven by parents Charles Pasco & Goldie Millhouser SR, (Uncle) Virgil & (Aunt) Bernice Dudley, great nephew Ryan Laffoon, other family members, special ministers, and many friends.

He was a pastor, church planter, chaplain, mentor, husband, Dad, Pa/Poppa, brother, uncle, friend, and wore other hats as a police and fire department volunteer in the communities where he lived and worked. He was a bi-vocational pastor for many years and worked for the Missouri House of Representatives and area public school systems.
