Charlene Kay Douglas, 53, of Springfield, MO, passed away Sunday, February 26, 2017. She was born October 4, 1963, in Dallas, TX, to Herbert and Meda Campbell.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Charlene is survived by her three sons, Greg, Brad and Brandon; three grandchildren; and two brothers, Jason Campbell and Jeff Campbell.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services, Springfield, MO.
