Charlene Michelle Crutcher, 50, of Springfield, MO passed away October 9, 2024. She was born February 9, 1974, in Oakland, CA.

Our beautiful sister, friend, and mother, Charlene, passed away on October 9th after gracefully fighting a rare autoimmune disease for the past several years. She cared deeply for her family, and her generosity warmed all who knew her. Her humor and sass were hard to reckon with. She was a great listener and friend, and loyal to a tee.

Charlene always had others in mind as it was her dream to be a nurse and to comfort those in need. She was a nurse as long as her body let her do so. She loved cooking and loved sharing recipes. Charlene's happy place was the beach and watching "Below Deck".  Above all Charlene was a great mother, and was always proud of her son, Ian.

Char's thoughtfulness and compassion were felt deeply by her family and friends. She will be sorely missed, and our hearts couldn't be more broken.

Charlene is survived by her son, Ian; her mother, Clara; her siblings, Debbie, Mary and husband Steve, David and wife Elizabeth, Elizabeth and husband Carlos, and Susie and husband Yanis; and many uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services of Springfield, MO.
