Cecilia Marie DeKay, 89, of Palmdale, CA, passed away November 21, 2020, while visiting Springfield. She was born November 22, 1930, in Los Angeles, CA, to George and Jennie Flores.

She is survived by her four children, Kathleen Fischer, Ernest Fischer and wife Alice, David Fischer and wife Adrianne, and Cynthia Smith and husband Ken; and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be missed by her family.

Services will be held at a later date in the Riverside National Cemetery, Riverside, CA.
