Obituary

Caryn Jane Cook, 61, of Springfield, MO, passed away on Wednesday, March 16, 2022. She was born January 17, 1961, to Robert and Carolyn Cook in Chicago, Illinois.

She was known for being a fun, loving, and caring family member and friend.

Caryn was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Carolyn.

She is survived by her daughter Sally Pollock, and her siblings, Cathryn Cook, Tom (Mary Beth) Cook, David (Linda) Cook, and Steve Cook.
A memorial service will be held to honor Caryn's life on Saturday, April 2, 2022, from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm at the Lake Springfield Boathouse, 5324 S Kissick Ave, Springfield, MO 65804.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations maybe made to Rescue One of Springfield, MO.
