Obituary

Carolyn Jean Stephens was born July 12, 1944 in Neosho, Missouri to Joseph P. Stephens and Opal Fisher. She married Delayne Hashagen on January 7, 1961. To this union was born Craig and Kim Hashagen.

She passed away in her home on August 24, 2019. She is survived by her son, Craig Hashagen, of Springfield; her daughter, Kim Hashagen, also of Springfield; one granddaughter, Ashley Marsh, of Springfield; and three great grandchildren, Emma, Noah, and Caitlynn.

She spent many years living and working in her beloved Belize, where she made many lifelong friends. She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family. She had a love for animals and spent a great deal of time outside enjoying her flowers and watching birds.
