Carolyn Jean Lack, 90, of Springfield, MO passed away Wednesday, March 16, 2025. She was born January 19, 1935, to Charles and Ruby Newbill in Clinton, MO.

Carolyn grew up in Clinton, MO and married Ronald Lack in 1953. They were married for 69 years. Their adventure started at the Naval Base in Corpus Christi. Carolyn started working outside the home as a bookkeeper at Woolco and Paddock Pools in Scottsdale, AZ. When the family moved back to Clinton, she went to work at Wessel Clinic and then Carolyn and Ron started a wholesale costume jewelry business. She enjoyed Bridge Club and spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Lack; and her parents.

Carolyn is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth Wilson of Springfield, MO; son, Ronald Lack Jr of the Philippines; brother, Charles Newbill Sr (Nina); grandson, Jason Wilson (Kim); grandson, Kyle Wilson (Megan); grandson, Jesse Lack (Kenia); six great grandchildren; plus, three nieces and nephews.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services of Springfield, MO.
