Carolyn "Sue" Compton Anderson of Greenbrier, AR passed away August 11, 2022, in Springfield, MO. She was born February 18th, 1945, to Daniel "Forrest" Compton and Elsie (Mahar) Compton.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Raymond Compton; son, Bobby Hale; stepson, Shane Anderson; and infant daughter, Donna Sue Hale.

She is survived by her sons, Joey Hale and Galen Sylvester; stepson, Travis (Elizabeth) Anderson; daughter, Michelle (Chris) Moravec; grandsons, JD Hale, Colton Joyner, John Wesley Hale, and Blake Edwards; granddaughters, Brooke (Jason) Hale, Sara (Ryan) Stovall, and Brittney (Matt) Barnard; great grandsons, Ben and Elijah Stovall; great granddaughters, Hannah Stovall, Lily and Briar Barnard, and Wednesday Boggs; and lots of nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear lifelong friends.

Sue ran the church day care for many years, she was the Activity Director of Vantage Convalescent Center, she was a member and news editor for Christian Motorcycle Association, and she retired from Arkansas Kidney Disease Commission.

Her favorite thing to do was read books and see the fall leaves!

A Celebration of Life Memorial will be at 32 Iron Horse Road, Conway, AR 72058 on August 27th from 11-2pm.
