Brian (Hoss) Keith Scott, 65, passed away on March 8, 2023, in Springfield, MO. Brian was born December 14, 1957, to John and Betty (Parmalee) Scott. He was a 1976 graduate of Mount Vernon High School. Brian married Susan Thomson on April 2, 1986. She preceded him in death in January 2019.

Brian was also predeceased by his mother, Betty (2020); grandparents; and stepdaughter, Lori.

He is survived by his father, John Scott (Peggy); stepdaughter, Michelle Baird (Mike); stepson, Darrell Musgrave; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, 9 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.

The Kansas City Chiefs have lost an ardent fan.
