Billy Dewayne Fox of Ava, M0 passed away January 15, 2023 at Cox Hospital in Springfield, Mo at the age of 51.

He was born October 19, 1971 in Springfield, Mo to Carl and Linda (Cobb) Fox. He attended various schools. He graduated from Forsyth High School in 1990. He worked in construction as a mason for many years until his health wouldn't allow it. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and racing.

He will be sadly missed by his mother, Linda Davis and step-father Ronnie Davis.; brothers, Doug Fox, Richard Fox and Ronnie Fox; sisters, Carla Fox, Kimberly Fox and Theraca Robison; sons, Cody Fox and wife Kristy, Brandon Fox, Hunter Fox; daughter, Meagan Williams and husband Gabriel; Rebecca Beeler, the mother of his children; his girlfriend, Traci Pruett Nanney; several grandchildren; and lots of other family members.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Leslie and Gracephine (Little) Fox; Johnce Cobb and Nancy (Fisher) Cobb; father, Carl Fox; and several aunts and uncles.

God looked around his garden, and he found an empty place, then he looked down upon the earth and saw your tired face. He put his arms around you, and lifted you to rest. God's garden must be beautiful; he always takes the best. He knew you were suffering, he knew you were in
pain. He knew that you would never get well on earth again. He saw the road was getting rough, and the hills were hard to climb, so he closed your weary eyelids, and whispered, "peace be thine." It broke our hearts to lose you, but you didn't go alone, for part of us went with you, the day God called you home.

We are having the memorial for Billy Fox this coming Saturday the 21st at the Taney Center from 11-1. We will have a potluck lunch. Address: 20130 US-160, Forsyth, MO 65653
