Betty Jean Fuzzell, 96, of Springfield, Missouri passed away Saturday, November 8, 2025, with her daughter and friend by her side. She was born September 1, 1929, in Springfield, to Eugene and Pansy Wray. On April 16, 1949, at just 19 years of age, Betty married Kenneth Fuzzell in Boone County, Arkansas.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Kenneth; and her granddaughter, Tina.

Betty is survived by her daughter, Connie Hutton, who was her caregiver for the past 20 years; son, Gary Fuzzell and his wife Robin; grandchildren, Terry, Holly and Andrea; great-grandchildren, Marcus, Bridgett and Avery; and 5 great-great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held at 11 AM, Monday, November 17, 2025, in the Missouri Veterans State Cemetery where Betty will be buried with her husband, Kenneth.
