Elizabeth "Beth" Trucks, 68, of Springfield, MO passed away Sunday, April 30, 2023. She was born July 2, 1954, to James and Patricia Wells in Poplar Bluff, MO.

Beth's father was a District Manager for Southwestern Bell Telephone, and the family moved several times. As a result, she attended several different schools and was a graduate of Kickapoo High School in Springfield, MO. She also attended Draughn Business College. Beth was a manager with Southwestern Bell Telephone and held several different managerial positions both in Springfield and St. Louis. She retired in 1992, and traveled to all fifty states with her husband, built barn wood birdhouses and furniture and also had a small antique business.

Her father, James E. Wells passed away in 2021.

She is survived by her husband, Marshall Trucks; her children, Tony Trucks, Ron Trucks, and Christy Eckhard; her four grandchildren, Amanda Eckhard, Emma Eckhard, Brendan Crowley and Ethan Trucks; her mother, Patricia Wells; and her four sisters, Debbie Wells, Becky Logan (twin), Susan Miller and Jane Browne. She also has several surviving uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins. The relationships she had with her family members were a special source of pride for her.

Beth is gone way to early and will be greatly missed by her family and many friends.
