Bernard J Honigfort Jr, 57, of Springfield, MO, passed away Sunday, July 31, 2016. He will be greatly missed by many.

He is survived by his wife, Michelle; four daughters, Julie (Ron) Richards of Springfield, Anita (Jenn) Rye of Kalkaska, MI, Erika Honigfort of Springfield and Karen Honigfort of Birmingham AL, brother, Chris (Susan) Rigney of MI; four sisters, Jean Nickell, Mary Honigfort, Paula Albrecht and Elaine McPherson, all of the St. Louis area; many nieces and nephews; and seven wonderful grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Bernard J and Ida Jean (Simmons) Honigfort.

He loved seeking His word and working with his Rabbi on teachings. He also loved spending time with his grandchildren, working with computers and singing Karaoke.

A pot luck memorial will be held Aug 28, 2016, at the Nathanael Greene Pavilion in Nathanael Greene/Close Memorial Park from 11am – 3pm.
