Barbara Lee Kittner, 70, of Summersville, MO passed away Saturday, January 24, 2026. She was born September 4, 1955, to Robert and Joan McVey in davenport, Iowa.

Although Barbara was a strong, independent woman she loved her husband, Bill, fiercely. She was a loving mother, a wonderful cook and a smart businesswoman. During her life she owned and operated a flooring company and a game ranch. In her free time, Barbara enjoyed reading. It wasn't uncommon for her to read through one book a day.

Barbara was preceded in death by her husband, William "Bill" Kittner; her parents; and two siblings, Elizabeth and Richard.

She is survived by her children, Sabryna Kittner, Bridgette Kittner and William Kittner Jr.; seven grandchildren; one great granddaughter; her siblings, April, Michelle and Robert; and many nieces and nephews.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services of Springfield, MO.
