Barbara J. Reeves, 85, of Ashland, MO, was born October 12, 1938, in Butler County, MO, to Rhodes "Dusty" and Belva Blackwell. She passed away Monday, January 1, 2024, in Columbia, MO.

Barb was a devoted Christian. She was a member of New Salem Baptist Church and Ashland OES #309. Barb was a dedicated wife to Bill Reeves and loving mother and grandmother. During Bill's working career, she enjoyed being his travel companion, while in retired life, their time was spent "spoiling" grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Bill Reeves; grandson, Kevin Reeves; and niece, Cindy McWilliams.

Barb is survived by her son, Randy Reeves; daughter, Phyllis Weter and husband Craig; grandsons, Dusty Weter (Kelci) and Brady Weter (Aly); granddaughter, Patricia Webb (Keith Lenart); eight great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild; brothers, Ron Blackwell (Shelley); Gary Blackwell (Judy); and many nieces and nephews.

Private services will be held in the New Salem Cemetery, Ashland, MO.
