Arthur L. Turner of Springfield, MO passed away peacefully January 15, 2018. He was born October 6, 1955 to Rev. Othello and Lucille Turner in Racine, WI. He graduated from Horlick High and Phoenix College. He served in the U.S. Army.

Arthur had a passion for serving the Lord with all his mind, body, and soul, and doing the Lord's will of serving others. He enjoyed cooking professionally and personally. He enjoyed history, gardening, animals, fishing, and camping.

Arthur is survived by his wife, Jennie; children, John, Courtney, Jonah and Crystal; grandchildren, Caylen and Azariah; siblings, Joyce and husband James, Etta, Othello Jr. and wife Cindy, Carol and Ricky; and nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Memorial Service is pending. Arrangements have been entrusted to Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services.
