Anthony William Reinke a Navy Veteran of Springfield, MO born June 19, 1961, in San Diego, CA to Nita (Scudder) Griffis and the late Roger Reinke; left us Thursday evening August the 30, 2018 at the age of 57.

He is survived by his wife, Martha; his sons, Weston and Nathan; daughter, Samantha; grandchildren, Kiel, Lucas, and Michael; along with his mother, Nita Griffis; brother, Timothy Reinke; and sister, Terri Kimmons. All who loved him beyond words.

Anthony served as a Second Class Petty Officer from 1980 to 1983 on the U.S.S. O'Brien Naval Destroyer. He always cherished his years of service, his comrades and all that he shared them with. At the time of his passing he was working for E.W. Scripps as a Radio Broadcast Engineer and loved what he did.

Services will be held at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery located at 5201 S Southwood Rd. Springfield, MO 65804, Friday, September 7, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. with full military honors. Please arrive fifteen minutes early as they will escort everyone in to the gazebo on the hour.

In lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations and condolences to be sent to 2727 E. Cragmont St., Springfield, MO 65804 to help with expenses of his final farewell.
