Amy Jean (Avram) Brooks passed away September 2, 2020, in Springfield, Missouri. Amy was born in Lapeer, Michigan, to Steve and Dorothy Avram on March 27, 1957. She graduated from Lapeer Senior High and worked in many fields, but she especially loved her time working in the Emergency Room at a Trauma Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida. Amy was always a true friend, a hard worker and loved her entire family with her whole heart.

Amy was preceded in death by her husband, Lewis Brooks; and her parents, Steve and Dorothy Avram.

She is survived by her two sons, Andrew Anderson and his wife Samantha of Aurora, Missouri, and Nicholas Anderson and his wife Julianna of Jacksonville, Florida. The light of Amy's life was her six grandchildren, Bryce, Ashlea, Morgan, Stella, Waylon and Wyatt. She is also survived by her sister, Midge and husband Brian Collie and nephews Matthew and Michael.

Amy will be missed by so many of her dear friends and her extended family that she loved so much and with whom she had so many wonderful memories.

A celebration of Amy's life will be planned at a later date.
