Obituary
Allan Dale Daniel, age 67, of Bolivar, MO went to sleep in Jesus, Saturday, June 16, 2018. He was born December 18, 1950, in Snowflake, AZ to Lloyd Eugene Daniel and Irene Natalie Hitchcock.
Dale married Glenda Marie Storment on September 12, 1970. She preceded him in death on December 13, 2007. Dale married Mary Louella Bollinger on April 26, 2008. Dale was first employed at a drive-in theater in Vinita, OK. He spent two summers on a custom combining crew that went from Texas to North Dakota. He also spent some time logging in Eugene, OR.
The majority of his life was spent in an 18 Wheeler. During his 47 year career, he received an award for traveling One Million Miles, accident free. He was also a member of the Bolivar Seventh-Day Adventist Church. Dale served as an Elder, taught classes, preached and was active in the Pathfinder Club.
Dale was a tractor enthusiast. He also won numerous tractor pulls with his 77 Oliver. He loved using it for the annual Thanksgiving Day hay ride. Dale was kind, compassionate, nurturing, and never met a stranger.
He is survived by his wife, Mary, of the home; a son, Joe Daniel and wife Helen of Saucier, MS; a stepson, Nathaniel Bollinger of Bolivar, MO; two stepdaughters, Salomena Whitehead of Eldon, MO and Bette Patterson and husband Michael of Centralia, MO; his stepfather Robert Kibble of Fort Scott, KS; a brother, Roy Daniel and wife Kathy of Bolivar, MO; two sisters, Janette Daniel of Bolivar, MO and Della Orender of Frontenac, KS; three grandchildren, Max, Jeffrey and Julia; and six step-grandchildren, Nokomis, Jacob, Grayson, David, Kallen and Josiah, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father, mother and his sons, Johnny Allan Daniel and Jeffrey Dale Daniel Sr.

A Memorial service will be held at the Bolivar Seventh-Day Adventist Church, 1704 East Division Street, Bolivar, MO at 2 pm on Saturday June 30, 2018.
