In Loving Memory of Alexander "Xander" Gene Ingram (June 27, 2023)

With deep sadness, we announce the passing of our beloved Alexander "Xander" Gene Ingram on June 27, 2023. An irreplaceable son, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend, Xander's radiant spirit and uncontainable enthusiasm touched countless lives. His laughter was infectious, his kindness transformative, and his enduring love, a binding force.

Born in Tampa Bay, FL and raised across the bay in his cherished hometown of St. Petersburg, Florida, affectionately dubbed "The Burg", Xander nurtured a life-long passion for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Tampa Bay Lightning, and Miami Hurricanes. His love for Buccaneers football will continue to inspire cheers and celebrate victories, echoing through the stadium he once frequented.

His loving family remains to cherish his memory - Within the tapestry of Xander's life his mother, Patricia Franklin, and stepfather, Jason Franklin, who stood by him unwaveringly and shared countless moments of infectious laughter, heartfelt conversations about life, usually girls & cars. Our soul stirring football seasons that we will cherish for a lifetime. Xander and his mother Trish created a lifetime of cherished memories, laughter that lit up rooms and heartfelt conversations that connected their souls on a profound level. His brother, Robert Ingram, held a special place. Their bond was forged through shared experiences, laughter, and the unbreakable connection that only brothers can share. Robby was not just a sibling to Xander, but also his closest confidant and source of unwavering support. Their brotherly love was a guiding light in Xander's life, and their memories together will forever remain etched in our hearts.

Alongside his brother, Xander shared a profound closeness with his cousins, Jeremy Vermillion, Stephen Gallagos and friend Mario Rodriguez of Springfield, MO. Jeremy, who was raised with Xander from an early age, shared adventures, secrets, and a brotherly bond that defied boundaries. Stephen, although known to Xander later in life, quickly became an integral part of his world. Mario, who Alex met while living and working in Springfield. Their shared experiences, laughter, and cherished moments created a connection that transcended mere cousinhood and friendship.

Xander's life was significantly enriched by his extended family. His grandmother, Carolyn "Meemaw" Ingram, his grandfather, Damon Vermillion, and his nieces and nephew, Aliyah Hallam, Abby Ingram, and Austin Ingram, all shared beautiful moments with him. Jacob, Jasta Vermillion, and his many other cherished cousins from around the world, held special places in his heart.

In remembering Xander, we pay tribute to those who predeceased him - his grandmother Colette Vermillion, grandfather "Peepaw" Bobby Ingram, and Aunt Kelly Pennington, whose love and influence remain in the essence of who Xander was.

As we bid Xander farewell, we celebrate the warmth, laughter, and joy he brought to our lives. In memory of Xander, let us cheer louder, smile wider, and love deeper. Rest in peace, dear Xander - forever remembered, never forgotten, and profoundly missed.

To honor Xander's vibrant life and legacy, a memorial gathering will be arranged by his family and friends in Springfield, MO, and his hometown, St. Petersburg/Tampa, FL, in the near future. The exact date and location will be announced in due course, providing a chance for those whose lives were touched by Xander to come together and celebrate the joy he brought into our lives.
